I think when I am scared, I am overwhelmed by that fear. I forget that there was anything before it and I forget that anything can every come after it. I allow that momentary fear to suddenly become my whole life – past, present, & future.

But the important thing here is that I am wrong. Most of the time when I make decisions based on fear, I am wrong. When I feel this fear, I try to remember that this too shall pass. The light will come again. It always does.
